I don't understand why some states insist on selling 91 and not 93. What possible benefit could it be to them?

I rate my gas (this is butt dyno whatever, but I have a pretty accurate butt dyno(girls agree haha
 )1. 76 2. Shell 3. Chevron -- only use this when the other two are too far away, happens seldomly but does happen
