Is this Nissan dealer Lying to me to get me in the door?

I was lied to also by a dealership back when I was looking around for z's. I found a z that was listed as having touring and sport package, then the salesman I talked to sent me a link to the car and I saw that it had the base model wheels, so I knew it didn't have the sport package. I asked him about it and he said that "you can't buy the base model z with sport package, it can only have the touring package" as if the nismo only had the sport package. I said I think he's incorrect on that and he insisted that was the case. Well about a week later I sent him a pic of my new base model with sports package from another dealership! All I got back from him in a text was a "good luck" lol
