A lot depends on what the cops job is , if they are a traffic, speed trap, motorcycle meter maid, state cop, county sherriff , then most likely they will ticket everyone they stop.
Usually the regular patrol cops may give you a break, its these dedicated traffic cops that simply don't care and write everyone up. |
