Got a ticket in the Z today...

I got pulled over 10 times in my Maxima with no tickets... First time I've been pulled over in the Z, ticketed for 50 in a 35, the officer said I was going 57 though...

Who wants to PayPal the broke student to help pay for his ticket?!?!?! Lol
But expect a few items to go on sale... Berk HFC's to go first...

You're gonna sell your mods to pay a ticket? That sucks. :(

Yep, unless I get donations! Lol

I know the Z isn't a cheap car, but I bought it mainly because insurance paid me SOOOOO well on my Maxima that got totaled... And I have emergency money, but not dumb expense money... Ex: ticket... I know it's my fault, but I wasn't trying to speed in all honesty

Might be worth fighting the ticket, since your insurance becomes an issue.

Lidar ticket... I'm screwed...:ughdance:
I'm going to request the engineering and traffic survey. It was weird to me that the officer wrote "safe speed 40"... Never seen or heard of that before.

Maybe someone knows more about the area it was on PCH in Hermosa Beach at 190th I think...

Was it in Irving, Carrollton or Farmers Branch, those 3 suck and are known for giving hella tickets in DFW without giving warnings.

DEpointfive0 09-11-2012 09:31 PM

Sorry, at Artesia:

LOL, yeah, they do, but I'm in CA, visiting family, my mom is really sick too, so that's why I'm here or have stayed so long

Ahh gotcha, I'm from Manhattan Beach and my parents are still there. I bid LA flights often so when I go on vacation I don't have to go home, and Redondo, Hermosa and Manhattan suck to. I hope she gets better!

Any chance for driving school in your area? I lucked out and had the option to take a saturday class, 2 hours in the morning, which cleared my record.

The issue is that I have a TX driver's license in CA, therefore, no driving school...
And I live in Texas

Hey, since you're out of state might want to check into this stuff:

Do Out of State Speeding Tickets Follow You To Your State?

My friend got pulled over with me in Ohio when we were driving across the country, both of us were NJ residents at the time. He had to pay a fine but didn't get points.
