Paid mine off about two months ago. Great feeling. Of course I keep buying mods, so the payment thing kind of got shifted.

Clutch Slave Cylinder, a known weak link in the drivetrain.

CSC = clutch slave cylinder.
Launching constantly without much of a cool down on OEM fluid, you probably just boiled it. No need to change it after it cools down its fine. You should change it to higher temp brake fluid like RBF600 With a SS clutch line to avoid it happening. Its still possible it could happen but much less likely and it will take much longer to do. CSC failure your pedal will hit the ground and your fluid will be low. Would not return to normal after a cool down period.

Rain held off. Managed to get the Typhoon installed. Sounds awesome at WOT. It also feels like there is better mid-range pull also. I also cleaned the MAF sensors and throttle bodies, so that probably made the response a tiny bit better.

Now to install the new sway bars.

I agree with all of that but I would not risk it... It is going to go with that type of use and that is a classic symptom of the CSC sticking... I have boiled fluid in both systems in many cars never had a clutch pedal stick it gets really soft but never stuck... Regardless the OP would do some CSC research and get a zspeed CSC in there and the clutch and flywheel while your at it. Love my zspeed/ south bend setup. Talk to joe at zspeed he had great knowledge of the z clutch system.

Good advice. Joe at Z-Speed is a great guy. Tell him what you're doing with the car and he will set you up with exactly what you need.

you too chrischhorn good information...
I hope I'm not driving it hard enough, often enough to need a replace on the CSC.

Got a 25 row Stillen cooler for a great deal from another member on Friday. Picked up an oil filter and some oil for my rear diff today.

What are the odds a dealer will have the gaskets for the rear diff? Should I just order online or get them at the local auto store?

when i changed out my diff oil on my last Z the dealer had about a few hundred of the diff gaskets in stock so im betting the odds are very good
