Its just precautionary and I'm not near as aggressive about it as I used to be with my Ford Explorer when I was a lot younger. One time a guy kept inching up on me closer and closer at a red light. I had already done my warning maneuver twice earlier, so I got irritated and started letting off the brake slightly every time he inched forward (note: each time, I was rolling back a few inches each time while he was rolling forward a few feet). Eventually, my hitch was inches from hitting his hood and he honked at me. The light turned green and I got out of my car and made the idiot back up so I could go without rolling back into him. This was on a one lane highway road with virtually no traffic at the time - I wouldn't have pulled this crap in traffic.
That's awesome!

+1 good story..... I agree and would do the same. On the defensive driving scheme of things ...peeps with MT need to drive and practice on S.F. hills... for that any hill would do...

I just quite literally almost got frostbite on my fingertips trying to wash my Z.

I used water from the hose on my house. As I'm spraying my car down, it starts to freeze on the driveway. Washing the car turned painful as it was so cold with the cold water wash mitt on my hands.... I had to resort to a no-no... Washing with only one bucket.

I cut corners to finish quickly and can only hope I didn't add too many swirls.

I would have used warm water but by the time I realized my mistake, I had already used the last of my soap!

Worth it though... It was so dirty..

Had date night last night, it went pretty well, and she enjoyed the car too.

Today, calling about some window tint. Needs my privacy!

Don't ask me for advice, I don't know how this happened... it just did.

I think I'm going to try to remove the clutch pedal helper spring today, forgot to yesterday, to see if that helps the feel of the clutch pedal.

Z1 Hood Struts installed Had some problems, but they're installed and the bulging on the drive side is now barely noticeable. The passenger side was perfect from the start. They make horrific squealing noises when opening fully, so I'm hoping that I can do something about that, too. It is so much better than the hood prop though, which is why I am leaving them on even with the issues I had.

Jar

Same issues as I had with the drivers side bulging more. And yes they make a noise when near the top.
