i was in for 5 hours, i had NO bond but my mom's cousin is a judge so he did something and instead of spending the night there i was lucky enough to get out, so in that matter i paid no BOND, a friend of mine went and got the car at the impound they charged me $225, and I have to go and see the Judge (not my mom's cousin, on nov. 13) they didn't mention a driver license suspension, but he told me the ticket was going to be from $285 - $500, plus i need to wait on a citation for the arrest thing, supposedly it might take 60days to a year to get it... but still sucks! but i have my baby back so yeah guy here in texas if you go over 100mph you get arrested for sure!
