You want break neck response out of the z... Bolt ons. Which most have...and then Sprint booster. Click the little button on red turn off tcs and let her rip. Bet you won't ever say it doesn't push you back in the seat again after that. ;-)

I won't go quite that far. But it is really the only option available if you want a somewhat powerful 2-seat sports car and don't want to spend $40k+.

I love the Z overall, it's an amazing car, but I also drive a mildly modified SRT8 as well and I must admit that when I get out of my SRT, my Nismo feels slow to me. The torque numbers are no comparison and although it weighs 4400lbs, it will beat the brakes off my Z at any speed, in any gear, dig or roll race. I have the same mods on both, minus the tune for the Z and would love to see what a tuned Z can do before I spend a IMO, an overpriced amount for a tune. Not upset with the performance at all like the OP is, but if can get my Z to match my SRT with just a tune and full exhaust, then I would do it in a heartbeat. Right now I'm running just test pipes with K&N filters and would assume I'm right around 300rwhp give or take.
