Bottom line is what was in the pictures must be included in sale if stated otherwise. You can't just assume people know that this or that isn't included. For example if your selling a car and have rims on them but don't mention your removing the rims, the buyer is expecting the rims to be on there. You should've made this clear before hand. After the fact, it's going to be tough.
