Buyer asking for refund on Paypal

but he has a complete idea that the center caps were not going to come with the wheels because he asked me on the forum before i even shipped the wheels. anyhow Im going to wait for paypal to make the decision and i think they will stand on my end because the buyer already knows what he will be getting and I didnt mention anything about shipping the center caps so they cant just assume it is coming with the wheels.

Plus, I got like SUNKIST boxes and mats in the picture, he didnt expect me to ship those too right? So IDK what do you guys think and give me some idea so I can win this dude on Paypal.

Paypal will side with him and you will loose your $$$ because you didn't send what was pictured.
