Attempted a home repair on a good sized curb rash on my 40th. I used Dr. Colorchip with Nissan KAV paint code. This color is for the body not the wheels but it actually worked okay. A lot better than the wheel rash for sure.

Thanks guys, It could have come out even better if I completly smoothed out the rash. I took a rotory tool to it with a dense polishing attachment but did not get it very smooth. Either way I am pretty happy.

The previous bumper was dipped and I have been slacking on dipping the new one. Looks much better with the fangs blacked out, IMO. Not looking forward to masking it all off though. Srenity- I use spot bondo when I have curb rash and want to fix it. Its hard to match paint though.

I have a size rash about as your wheel on my weds. Needless to say I bought a new wheel and tire and the curbed one is my spare. :icon17:

Nice! I just used Redline for my oil change but think I'll give Mobile 1 a try next time. The local GTR certified dealership swears by Mobile 1.

I also used a K&N oil filter, slightly bigger than stock, HP-1010 I think.

Hi guys Happy Sat. going to be on for a few minutes then off to get the Z ready for show tomorrow. Not the warmest weekend here but they say it is going to be sunny tomorow. It might rain/snow today so might have to do my cleaning in the garage.
