No brace here, just need physical therapy that I don't have time for.

Hopefully, you can slow down, and find a little time.

I only put not too many on my Z, Rims, Spoiler, Intake, HU, Knob and Clear Bra. I did those because I think I NEED them, well, spoiler is more cosmetic but it turns out pretty good. If I mod my Z because of "too good of a deal", I would have Swifts + Koni + sway + camber arm + CBE done on it already....

But before I spend my hard earn money, I always ask myself "what do I need the most?" To ensure I won't regret about spending my money. :tiphat:

I don't know if you recall one of my post on your $1100 couple days ago, I said another option is to just save it for a bigger mod.. that will work too.

just my Molson's CAD$0.02, hope you found it helpful. :tiphat:

yep. mr.alcheng- remember all the 'wat to do with the $xxxx i just saved :ugh2:' posts by me?

well, that's a lot of thinking going on right there... :icon17: hahaha

Ok OFC members, enough with financial advice. While appreciated, this has turned into the Days of Tracie's Life. LOL

Ok. Ok. Back to :driving:

Just finished one of my major pre-audit projects. Very relieved to have that finished. I originally planned on completing it the day before the audit. :icon17:

I never do that. I call in "well". Example: I am too well to come in today.

yes, people start asking questions if im going to quit (or just turned crazier) if i look too happy so callling in 'too well' sounds like a good illness.

I have a little of this and a little of being conservative. We make decent money though and we save a great deal. It also helps to be relatively debt-free. We owe on our house still -- about 6 more years -- and that's it, but it took a long time and hard work to get here.

I say that if you want to do modifications (or buy a Canon L-series lens or four) and you have the money, then do it. I don't like having regrets about waiting to make my car something better or different. However, each person has his or her own situation and perspective on the whole money thing.

Actually, I am sad that my mods are essentially done for the 370. It is good stuff doing the research, pulling the trigger on a purchase, waiting for the UPS guy, fretting about the install, bragging a little, etc.

Now onto Juke mods, I guess.

That is indeed an interesting noton. I have a couple of guys I am sponsoring now. They claim to be my kids, but we never did get around to having that proven in a court of law.

I love the avatar. I rocked that for a while, and a lot of people were like, "wtf is that?" I got tired of explaining it :roflpuke2:

Roger Waters or Pink Floyd?

I've seen both in separate concerts.

Relaxing while watching idle now. Tomorrow, I plan to take the cover off of the Z, and take her to work, and then later to the tennis club. Tomorrow's going to be a nice day.

Understood, but I bet your under 30 too.

Look guys, I was wasn't trying to lecture anyone. My only point was we love our cars and there is never really a need to rush to mod it.

Like mr. onzedge said, the fun comes in the planning, hoping, and waiting for the UPS guy. I've kind of run out of things to do too. It's like Christmas Eve versus Christmas night after you've opened all your presents back when you were a kid.

I'm 54 and one of those people that saves like crazy, is totally debt-free, and still isn't sure I'll ever be able to retire. It's a bit scary actually. :ugh2:

Totally respectable, to each his own. Im close to being under 30, Im 32. Luckily, but thru unlucky circumstances I own my house and my Z. Also not in any other kind of debt. Im pretty much back to living paycheck to paycheck but have a lot of financial freedom. Even when I was dirt broke and in tens of thousands of $$ in credit card debt I still had the same philosophy. I dont have time to save. I TOTALLY respect people that can manage money, Im just the farthest thing from one of them.
