Volvos are sweet. I came so close to buying an 850 a couple of times. I found a '95 T5-R in Portland that I almost flew out to buy (still wish I did) then found a 850 T5 locally that I almost bought as well.

I've been noticing the new S60s lately... I really like them. Especially since you can get one with around 300hp or so. Not bad. And they don't look like every other sedan out there.

An ex GF of mine had an early 2000's S70. Not bad. Had decent power was comfortable and didnt look horrible. But Volvo!?!?! C'mon Steve. Think BMW or Mercedez for Petes sake.

cleaning the G... probably 45min tops. just did a quick dusting and QD on the top surfaces, cleaned the glass. then did the interior. :)

BTW you guys know me by now... I have no allegiance to any one particular brand. I like cars in general. Particularly I like cars with a storied history, like the Mustang, Z, Corvette, etc. I also like cars that are either rare or quirky. I think Volvos are kind of quirky, but in a cool way, so that's why I like them.

Yes I like them a lot. Especially the originals but you bet your butt I'd drive a new Mini S.

The guy I deliver spas with at work, who is also a friend from high school, drives a Mini S. He has an intake and full exhaust. Its a fun little car to be in. He gets jealous of my Z sometimes as he is a huge tuner fan himself. I try to console him and tell him the Mini is pretty cool, which it is. He has had a 2002 WRX that had work done to it and a badazz RX7 that had a lot done to it including upgraded turbos. Thing was fast as hellllllllll! So sad he sold it right before I got my Z. One of few cars I have been in that made me grab everything in reach when the gas was mashed out of fear. But alas he has a family now and needed the Mini for childeren reasons.

:tup: i had a 03 cooper-s. was great fun. i miss it sometimes, but i dont miss the repetitive warranty repairs..:ugh2:

I need to hit up a local sign/decal shop this weekend to see how much it will cost me to have some massive club decals printed for the 5.0. A giant version of this decal on the sides of the car would be cool. Probably in red. Lots of people come to ZdayZ with ridiculous vinyl wraps, so i figure some Z decals would be good on the Mustang. :icon17:

They are very popular here (minis). In my apartment complex, just on my side, there are probably 5 or 6 in the parking lot. Mostly driven by Asian ladies, it's kind of funny. :)

Funny you say this. I have a very good friend making me decals right now. Im thinking about replacing the giant Stillen sticker on the bottom of my windshield with a giant the370z.com sticker to represent at zdayz. Plus some other stuff. I could get your decals done MAD cheap if you are willing to wait to receive till we meet at ZDAYZ.

How cheap is mad cheap? I'm thinking probably a 4' long decal or more. I'd gladly pay extra to ship them to me in those rolly tuby things so I can put them on for our caravan if they are really mad cheap. :)
