Nissan 370Z Forum - What did you do with your Z today III

They let you know early or review all the offers? Take Bucket, Tues he submits and offer, does the owner look at it then and say yes or no or do they review all offers like a silent auction?

If the owner has multiple offers of course they are gonna wanna take the highest offer. So if you bid lets say 185,000 on the place but then someone comes in at 188,000, of course you are screwed. OR they could deny ALL offers and just keep it on the market hoping for a better price. I hope Im explaining it right. Bucket will be better able to explain Im sure

I'll tell you this, I'd rather hang out with people that are high on weed, than extremely drunk people.

I'd guess one reason the herb isn't legal yet, is because of the people jailed with herb related offenses. That's a can of worms no politician wants to open.

Damn, I left for a minute and I missed everything..

I get first shot at it because I know people, so before it hits the MLS, I will have an offer in, and I will write in that I can have first crack at beating any offer by 1000 Dollars.

Short sales are not the best way to go, REO's are because they are already reading to go and you only deal with the bank.

But I have a way off pulling off the impossible..

If it is meant to be, it will happen.

I wish you the best...The ZL-1 is a Track monster and a car I would own in a second...

They are not the regular SS that everyone has...You would crush My Z/28 on the street and the track, and send me home with my tail between my legs..

GM is supposed to fill the remaining 2012 ZL1 orders with 2013 models. Also, the plant is not producing for the first two weeks in July...

I burned for many years. Haven't in years, but I agree it is the lesser of all evils..

But you have to grow your own..Buying it is very bad financially, just too expensive.

I did grow my own chronic once..Six seven footers, and one eight footer.. Cola's the size of Baseball Bats..Several pounds that lasted me eight or nine years...

But that was back in the day..

Just look at the Nuremberg Ring time and what cars it was faster than. I'd say that track really shows everything with how long it is and the ability to achieve top speed of the cars.
