If I trade my car OUT of state, I will have to pay TT&L IN-STATE for the car I bring back.

That adds about $3500 to the 370Z. Unacceptable considering that money doesn't have to be spent, and won't go toward principal.

Have you looked into a dealer swap? Shouldn't be too tough to negotiate.
