Oh man, this just happened to me 2 weeks ago. I went into the dealership and told them it was the steering wheel lock assembly. They then spent a week trying to figure out what was wrong with it until they finally listened to me and ordered it. Unfortunately, the part is back ordered and they said that I have to wait until 2 Feb before it will be in, but they told me if I call Nissan headquarters and complain, they might step in an get it sent sooner (i doubt it though). At least they gave me a loaner
 Anyways, mine is a 2010 Base + Sport with 17k. Was #27 produced for 2010 and was built in Oct 2009, so its probably the same part as all the 2009s.
