Wouldn't hurt. How many miles on your Z? I don't plan on changing mt or different fluid until minimum maintenance recommends...

It has 10,000km on it, so around 6200miles, changed engine oil once already, cos the place I order the tires&wheels also carry red-line, I ordered the transmission fluid already, just wondering should I do the diff at one shot, save time and no harm. :icon17:

I c. Yah at your milage it's up to you. I'm at about 8.5k miles and don't see myself doing the change any time soon other than engine oil. :)

Nope, leave the strut bar on, it's not in the way at all. Install was easy as pie. Took about an hour and a half. One thing to note: The brackets that mount the intake pipes to the heat shield boxes go OUTSIDE the box. Also, refer to the instructions "exploded view" whenever you're wondering "hmm... is this where I should use the lock washers or the wavy washers?" You'll see.

Touring and sport/touring drivers note: Prepare to reset all our XM and FM presets, and any iPhone contacts you loaded. You'll have to reactivate your S mode too.

Engine sounds the same at idle and low throttle. From 1/3 to 1/2 throttle you get the high pitched (though quiet) whistle sound. at WOT you get a very throaty growl, and I love it. Much more V8 sounding, not that I really wanted that, but it's good. lol

EazyD 02-21-2012 11:58 PM

Got out of a speeding ticket today. Cop got me going 59 in a 40 as he travelled the other direction. Flipped lights on and motioned to pull over as he drove by and turned around.

"I have the same engine in my Maxima, so I know it's easy to go a little too fast .. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt. Take it easy."

:bowrofl:
