I installed LEDs in the interior, plate lights, and the DRLs. Huge difference in looks, I'm pretty happy :) today it gets washed and waxed, and the wheels get plasti-dipped!

good morning everyone! :D i took my Z out during geezer hour (9am-11am). was a fantastic drive. :tup: QD'ed the car afterwards and worked on my G. clayed the G's top surfaces and Hydro'ed, cleaned the glass for overspray.

will work on the G's side panels and front tomorrow. :p

I pointed out the prob to the tech. Then we sat in a brand new Z so he could feel how the trans is supposed to be. He admitted something wasnt right so he is looking into it. They said they would be callin back this afternoon w further details.

Hopefully this doesn't keep dragging on like this.

It worries me that so many people are having transmission problems. With my limited annual mileage I may not drive enough to cause a problem while i'm under the powertrain warranty.

This morning I did a waterless wash of the Z followed up with a Quick Shine wax job. Polished out a nasty scratch (for me at least) on the hatch. Getting ready for Coffee and Cars tomorrow morning.

Headed out to a big crawfish boil this afternoon then back home to watch Barrett-Jackson. Between the auction and The Masters, plenty excuses to park my lazy arse on the couch watching TV all weekend! Ms. Gurney has different plans however. :icon17:

Wiped her down with some Optimum No Rinse, used some Four Star spray wax as my LSP, she has 2 coats on her of Dodo Juice paste (two different paste waxes by Dodo Juice) wax since i am the only one who has ever detailed her ( no dealer installed swirls on my girl). She'll be ready to take out this weekend for some fun.

I got the ladder out to change some burnt out bulbs on the house, this turned into me cleaning out the gutters as well, which then turned into mowing the lawn, which ended with doing some drywall touch ups. I stopped at the point of primering the room... Got cleaned up and took the Z to get some good Free Trade coffee from a nice local coffee house for my wife and I. :yum: beautiful day for a spin, but I need to find a coffee shop that is more than a 5 minute drive away. :tup:
