Yeah, but I can legally cover that with a frame. I'ts just the "ARIZONA" between the top screws they don't want covered. We have a local dealership who evidently had alot of "illegal" frames left, as they are sending out new cars with the area between the screws totally removed. Like " [__] " Looks really bad. Not as bad as Earnhardt's in Phoenix who drilled through my FIL's Chrysler's front bumper to mount their dealership plate though (no front plates in AZ).
