If someone wants to take other peoples "advice" at 100% fact, thats their damn problem, not the fault of anyone giving their opinion or advice.
I strongly disagree.

Giving you opinion is one thing, commenting like you know what you are really talking about when you aren't qualified to do so is different. Whether someone wants to then take that advice is "their own damn problem".

There are some extremely smart guys on the board, but I'm not going to take advice from them on how to handle an issue in a court room unless they are a qualified attorney. If you really aren't qualified to give advice, one might be better off refraining from doing so.

If someone asks for my advice on a subject that I know about, I'll give it. If I don't know anything about the subject, I'll refer them to my wife since she knows everything.

cus heres the issue.

If you wanna pull over a cop, then you should be someone who has never broken the law either.

AKA we are all guilty, we all just wanna moan and cry and bitch when we get caught.

Everyone always comes online and goes "Maaan this effin cop pulled me over and i wasnt speeding and he was a **** and said i was doing 20 over. but i wasnt speeding man at all" yeah.... im sure 99.9% of those stories are BS.

We all speed, we all know it when we do, we just still like to get pissed when we get pulled over and then always say Cops are dicks.

I agree, im not saying i always follow the rules , but seriously some cops do abuse their privileges, ive seen cops speed on residential roads, run red lights, run through stop signs, some cops just dont care. I say as a individual who is suppost to uphold the law, they should be role-models to the citizens of the community, they cant expect to break the law and fine people who do the same thing, sounds hypocritical to me.

Being a witness could help someone be put away for doing wrong. It's not trouble when your doing the right thing and being a good citizen.

Okay I just wanted to touch on this, I work with a lot of former cops and I ask them questions all the time. The one thing is when you see them with their lights on the camera is rolling. Most law enforcement agencies now monitor everything they do so they are not joy riding or ******* off. What you might see is a cop responding to a call speeding in traffic then half way through it get taken off the call in which he/she resumes normal operating procedures. Not saying that there might not be some goofing off with some departments that are smaller and have yet to upgrade their vehicles. They are supposed to be role-models but in today's society the law enforcement officer knows the people he/she has swore to protect will also be the ones that screw him/her over.

Yeah but some cops are blatantly slacking, I understand maybe speeding, but I have seen cops who run red lights and stop signs, actually I have seen a cop run a stop sign in a school zone once again, its not all cops who do that most are respectful of the law, but the ones that do break the law have to remember the oath they swore before becoming a cop, and realize that what they are doing isnt safe, nor justified.

Oh c'mon. It's not rocket surgery. Anyway, you'd be nuts to go to court with only internet advice. If you don't happen to know your way around the legal system, and you apparently don't, then you're going to be hiring an attorney anyway, right?
