Yes. The front brake pads were so warn down that it made the fluid level low. Once I replaced them it was fine.

Whats up man. I just picked up my first Z a couple of days ago and I have quick question. I'm having a similar problem you had with my brake light coming on during hard accelerations, and the vdc light coming on and and staying light until i restart my car. You mentioned in a post that you thought replacing your breaks would fixed the problem. Was that the trick ?
