Because everyone around you is moving forward and sooner or later they are going to kick your ass. Not all new technology is perfect or a real improvement, some stuff is just side upgrades moving over to new items that look nice. That is why I am saying looking from the ground up, being innovators.

They can take risks elsewhere. There is no real need to change the LS series up.

Oh I did forget one thing though: VK56VD & VK56DE
DE currently capped at 600HP & 479TQ per racing requirements, VD is not yet allowed to be raced.

You must have missed how successful the Corvette LeMans racing programs are......

Guess you missed this GT-R which uses the Nissan V8. I know plenty about the Corvette success, I watch almost all the races with them because they are an impressive team.

What do you mean global warming, it is perfectly fine outside. It is not like a large portion of the US is breaking heat records or anything.

There is no global warming problem. It's a crock of **** made up by people who weren't around in the 60's to hear about the global cooling scare, and too dumb to read about it.

I propose than an LSX engine went back in time, kicked its ***, and eliminated it 50 years in the future.

lol, I don't totally disagree. I think to say that all climate change going on is 100% man's fault is silly, but to say all the burning of fossils fuels, dumping pollutants in our oceans etc has not effect at all is also silly. Like most things in life, there's a happy medium that's usually closer to the truth.

That said, if we were really really serious about curbing emmissions, we'd regualte them for the military, they are our biggest polluter.

(goes and hops in Z w/LTHs and revs it unnecessarily to show how much I truly care..
