ive done many... closed road pulls... and really havent been able to put down anything 170 on the speedo which at those speed isnt that good. do you have gps to compare it to?

were you at a standstill or rolling start?

You may have hit that speed on your speedo.. but I hate to tell you it would take a lot more than bolt ons and a tune to get going that fast.. The Z is aerodynamically limited at about 165.. unless you were going down hill? If so I feel bad for your brakes..

it can do at least 166 lol and yea my brakes are getting replaced this week

With what mods? Uprev and?

If its just bolt-ons and the Uprev, no way.

If its spray/forced induction, sure.

You just simply dont have enough power to hit 178 with just minor breathing mods.

Going to go about 185 in the 2-seat IndyCar in May...but just as a passenger.

I went 135 in a rented 2005 Viper. When I saw the "Danger Burrows Crossing" sign, I though about the $5000 deposit and decide to slow down. At the 135 mark, it was still accelerating! What a beast!!!
