When he parks there, he 1: blocks my business' sign 2: blocks my business' window 3: makes entering/exiting my business' parking lot tricky for my customers.
He typically parks there and leaves the truck there for 20-30 minutes while he makes deliveries to other addresses.

If he impedes my ability to do business, he affects my income which means I have less money to order the things he delivers.
It's a vicious cycle.
