I asked this question before....
and I'm also originally from Houston...so here is what I'd do...For you I'd buy the Escort Passport 9500ix as there are lots of retail establishments in Houston and this will help cut down any unneccesary alerts while still being a good detector. Plus you get the added bonus of red light camera detection which are everywhere in Houston.
For me I'm going to buy the Escort Redline cause nowadays I drive out in the middle of nowhere, through towns that barely have a gas station yet seem to have plenty of LEO's sitting behind some tree. |
