Does anyone else hear this?

Whenever im rolling in nuetral and press the clutch and put it on 1st gear, it makes a high pitch vibrating noise.... anyone got an idea what it is?

Is the synchroRev match on? with synchrorev match on, I get vibrations. But it goes away as soon as I turn it off. Vibration is normal with rev match on.

That's normal since you're trying to get it in 1st while the car is rolling. Depending on how fast, you might need to rev match it for a smoother engagement. If you're just inching up the driveway and getting in 1st, it's not so bad.

It's a real issue when you start grinding...

I don't think he got the Sport Pkg, judging by the pics he posted in a separate thread. So that'd mean no SRM.
