When you read the Edmunds interview with the original Z designer, his quote didn't make it sound like he was too thrilled. He said he understood why they did it, but he didn't give it any praise.
I'm glad that Nissan worked so hard to keep the overhangs short - I feel like short overhangs almost always make a car look better - more tight. I too understand why they did the Nismo nose, and I even convinced myself that I didn't mind it so much, but then I realized I just don't think it fits with the car. The nice thing is, that opinion just saves me money ; ). |
