Blind spot mirrors help. If you are worried about backing out into traffic, just do it very slowly and wait for someone to honk their horn. Also, I always reclined

Blind spot mirrors help. If you are worried about backing out into traffic, just do it very slowly and wait for someone to honk their horn.
Also, I always reclined the passenger seat such that the head rest was behind the passenger side quarter window so I could see.
