My baseline on the same dyno SG used with their 350z was 256whp and I ended up to 324whp (330whp STD), He still have 48whp more than me !

with conventionnal mods CAI/tp/exhaust/pulley , they (370z 6mt) were about 310whp on that same dyno.

what I have more than those others 370z 6MT?

first my 7At which eat some power
2=bigger throttle body
3=bigger maf tube & CAI (custom)
4= step long tube header (PPE)

I had the HR intake manifold , im sure I would have gained a little more whp on the top end (intake runner length) with the OEM VHR intake manifold.

with some more tweaking on the intake part and possibly my exhaust , im positive to find another 5-10whp
but after that it will get expensive
I heard yesterday about a Japan company making an exhaust cam for the VHR !!
+ JWT are making an adjustable cam gear that is compatible with the VHR !!
The 7AT on the Z eats no more power than the MT -- numerous dynos show this. Only difference is 7AT usually dynos in 4th, so artifact of gearing to be as much as a mere 1-2% lower numbers.

Wow -- so the larger TB's, MAF tubes and PPE headers served you well!

Tell me more about the PPE headers -- how does it sound? Any rasp? I have a set of these that I have been going back and forth on installing...

Any driveability or idle quirks with the larger TB and MAF tubes?

Do you have dynos for each individual mod, or only a baseline and then with all the new goodies installed? Very curious to see the relative change for each one.

Would you mind asking the shop for your drfs and sharing them with me? If not -- please send them to jlitman@mail.usf.edu

I'll make whatever comparison graphs you like in return

Feel free to PM me or post here in reply.
