LMAO, I have lost 20 pounds just to have a chance to get in and out of the car. I actually practice doing it so that people don't laugh to hard at me.

I turn 50 this year and that simple 1" drop feels like a 6" drop on my sore knees. Doesn't stop me though.

I believe there is something to this. If you just quit and get cars that are easier to get in/out, then you're going to get older faster. You need to do little things every day that keep you limber and keep up your muscle and giving up one thing after another will just make you old and tired.

After 22 years as a combat air crew member in the Air Force (3 Vietnam tours),
and 20 years working for a aerial survey company, I spent the last 19 working for a Harley dealership. And yes had several Harleys. Would still be working, but covid shut the dealership down. So forced into retirement. Guess it was time. Been working since I was 12 years old.
