At least it's a 370 and not a 350... you'd never have been able to fit all of that in a 350!

90ST -are you getting a new wheel to replace? hope so. :)

No just fixed, it's only going to be about 125. I didn't bother makeing a claim deductable, isn't worth it, i should be only about 5-600 with a new tire and wheel repair, so...

huh, as long as they can match the color i guess

yah, i suppose if easier to do cash, that's the way to go. i have a 100 deductible on mine (i think or maybe it was zero) so anything that requires replacement due to road hazard claims i work it out with my insurance. :)

daisuke149 04-22-2011 04:57 PM

i pulled my sneakers out of the car today so i could go out.

Well, I finally got an email that my clutch shipped on 4/20. It will be here Tuesday. RCZ posted that the heads of the bolts in the flywheel break off. He said there have been 3 or 4 other reports of the same thing. I had this exact same setup on my G35 and it was great....hoping I'll have the same luck with the Z.

Keep us posted on how it works out.

Renewed by registration tabs and put the car insurance back on. Oh, yeah. It's almost time to rip up the streets again!

Why was she dormant? I thought Arrakis only had sand storms to worry about. (and worms)

I had to outfit her with special sound deadening to hide from the worms.

Besides, the polar regions are nasty so I had to store it.

I got this a day or two ago. Since I didn't get the navigation package, I went to Best Buy to purchase a mounting bracket for my PSP so I can watch videos/listen to music while driving.

It will also come in handy when I get a GPS.

Third photo (or number 4) is the actual viewing angle. It doesn't completely block my view. I suppose you'll have to sit in the car to get a better look at it.

Here is a video link I quickly shot. It's 640x480 resolution, 50MB.

watch videos while driving? :ugh2:

SmoothZ 04-22-2011 06:32 PM

Probably the same as watching the GPS while driving...or not.

Not really. I have mostly music videos on it, so it's mainly for the music coming from the videos.

With it being on the inside they wont have to match the color at all, it should fix up pretty unnoticable, i'll post some pics when i get it back.

Im pretty sure they use heat to bend it back?

ZPirate 04-22-2011 08:49 PM

Washed both the 370Z and the 350Z. Wow they were both really dirty! I can't remember the last time I washed either of them.

I also installed some new goodies on the 350Z, ZSpeed undershround, Stillen chassis brace and I tucked the rear bumper.

red6spd 04-22-2011 10:07 PM

In about an hour it will be Saturday and I will be getting my Oil Cooler installed in the Z. Hopefully the rain holds out cause I hate driving the Z in the rain.

Last year at ZDayZ our fastest run on the Dragon was in the rain! While I definitely prefer a sunny, 75 degree day, it's hard to beat driving in the rain in terms of sheer excitement! Especially with a good rain tire... the Hankook Ventus V12s might not have been good on dry pavement, but they were dynamite in the wet!
