Thanks - this particular cover has a flap of fabric behind the grommet holes for this reason I think? The guy I bought the car from included this cover and the cord that came with it. I got some bungees so it would be easier to remove and hooked from the inside out. I don't think this will keep the back from flapping up on top of the hood like it did last week? I guess we'll see..

Just looked at it picturing a mine's wing on it! Oh and telling myself I need to change the oil. Need to order more redline first!

After scraping for 10 minutes, I sat in my slowly defrosting daily driver hoping that it would warm up soon. I just adoringly stared at the Z sitting in the garage. For a second I almost changed my mind. "Maybe I will drive the Z today," I thought. As I gazed at her backside I realized how cozy she looked tucked away in the warm garage. So I hit the button to close the garage door. I softly said I will miss you.

After a three week mini hibernation, I started her up and pulled out into the driveway. My intention was to just get her up to temp and put her away again.
But I couldn't just leave it at that. I went around the block ![]() There is still patches of snow in my neighborhood. I wiped her down and she is tucked away again. ![]() I don't know how long this time but I'll look forward to our time together. I hate winter even more now. ![]() ![]()

The weather is one of the best things about living in the south. I can drive my Zs practically year round.
Then again if it was July or August I would be complaining about the heat and humidity. ![]()
