What did you do with your Z today

hey guys wanted to start a casual thread about what you guys did with ur Z. i'm hoping to catch all the notable events or even small events that make you glad u had a Z. im hoping this thread will catch on and people will start adding more and more posts to it as the days go by.

lemme kick it off. being the gorgeous day that it was today 24 degrees, i just had to take the Z out for a spin. drove an hour away to some decent "mountain" trails and had a few canyon runs with the windows down. gotta say. perfect day.

edit. the internet can be a harsh place so any flamers out there who want a piece of me for starting this "useless" thread. flame suit already on. =]

Just wanted to point out he is from canada before people start tripping out about the "24 degrees"

Today being the day after I wash my car starts out being sunny and in the 70s ( *F not *C :) ) - I took it into work... only to leave work to find it pouring rain... seriously - rain in cali at the end of May???

Funny you should ask what I did with my Z today. In fact I smuggled 7 illegal Ecuadorian immigrants and 1 midget across the border.

Drove to work this morning. Had to speed up and swing by a typical jerk that doesn't allow anyone to merge.

I woke up to find a frog was in my garage and **** on the hood of my 370Z. Cleaned that up, forgot to take pics. Then I cranked her up and took a spirited 30 mile drive to work. Lots of turns and curves as I had to pass untold number of cell phone talkers and other oblivious drivers putt-putting down the left lane. The radio stations sucked until one finally played "Rebel Yell". Had to pull evasive maneuvers to avoid a beat up Chevy astro-van that tried to merge on top of me. I swerved to another lane to avoid her then blew the horn. She looked all around, and actually appeared to realize that something, somewhere, must have happened, but she never seemed to realize it was her being a complete idiot driver. Then I finally get to work, pull up in my regular (very remote) parking spot where a couple of young kids dressed in prom style clothing were making out standing by a truck parked a few spots away. Waited for the security guard to shoo them away then locked the car up and went inside to live the dream.

Then where the heck are you? I needed my Ecuadorians an hour ago. It's hard enough holding this donkey still with just the midgets I have, and the hooker's getting nervous. I've gone through 3 bottles of jack to keep her hammered. This is coming out of your tip, sir.

nearly got clipped by some oklahomans on the way to work. i got a little upset and mashed the throttle (and the horn) and got their attention.

I drove to a client's office and made sure to park in between the 2 brand new BMW 750's the owners have, like always. :)

I'm off today, so I just took a nice, long look out of my window to admire her "natural" beauty! BTW, did you guys know that the U.S. is trying to go like the rest of the world? You know, kilometers 'stead of miles, centimeters 'stead of inches, "Day/Month/Year"
'stead of "Month/Day/Year", Centigrade 'stead of Farenheit, etc.?? Aha. Next time you travel abroad, take a look at the lower right-hand part of Form 6059B ("Customs Declaration Form"); you'll see the date format has changed! Down here, they're already
measuring distances in "km" (i.e. in road signs), not miles---though the weather people still tell temperatures in "Farenheit", and most people speak about "miles" and not kilometers. So I went ahead & took a Metric System course, just in case! So, one of these days, a
Canadian may say about our posts..."Just wanted to point out that he's a USC, so nobody starts tripping about the 75 degrees"...

Up @ 6 am and gave my new Roadster its first wash. Yes, it is “black” & I know there are many more down the road!! This is my baby’s third day and it’s sunny and it’s going to be 90’F today in New England! I’m listening to Iron Man 2 sound track………AC/DC “Back in Black”!

no offense to americans but generally a lot of you can not even do fractions correctly... it makes no sense to use the standard system. :p

just use metric and simplify everything! :D
