Did another 0-60 run 5.4 secs thought the 30 degree weather would really get it screamin, couldn't hook up, tires spun to much. Then went to the car wash. Drove around enjoying my new exhaust set up. Man it makes it even more fun to drive.

I took my Z to get it inspected so that I can renew my tags. Now here in NC we can renew our tags without an inspection.

EazyD 01-12-2011 04:15 PM

dug it out of 3.5 feet of snow (wind + plows = worse problem) and put it in a freshly plowed spot. Took the snow off the car around the doorframe with my soft gloves to prevent swirl marks from a brush. do I need to worry about a snow brush making swirl marks?

Lemers 01-12-2011 04:29 PM

On Nissan paint yes

bleufiend 01-12-2011 07:47 PM

Drove my car for the 3rd full day of owning it and realized how much I missed driving a Z.

c41006 01-12-2011 07:52 PM

Superthug 01-14-2011 10:21 AM

I ran mine into the ditch this morning after hitting a patch of ice. It's not damaged too bad...just the very bottom of the bumper but what sucks is that the whole bumper will probably have to be replaced. :(

kenchan 01-14-2011 11:29 AM

sorry to hear superthug. :(

for me, i haven't seen my Z for a few days, but i did see a silver 370Z this am going to work. :p looked great.

Not really tom from custom import arts is going to reteach me on how to drive. he went to ******* russia to give drift demostrations :roflpuke2:. he was like "you keep VDC on?....seriously dude I need to teach you"

first he is going to give me basics with his 300ishHP drift modded 200SX and when I got the hang of it he is going to take me a airplane landing strip he uses near his home and he is going to let me use his 900HP R34 :excited:

200SX is nice and all but a 900HP beast of a GT-R? **** yeah

:icon18: hahahaha. yah, i think you want to get that lesson from your friend how to dorifuto before turning off that VDC of yours.

mick 01-18-2011 03:01 PM

i can't handle it when my car gets damaged (even minor damage). whenever it happened, i would get it fixed and trade it for another car.

kenchan 01-18-2011 03:05 PM

mick- im kinda like that too... but i suppose it depends how well they repair it. vegitto's damage is pretty minor. he just fell asleep while driving and fell into a pond. ;)

Haha true but I TECHNICALLY don't need the VDC since I don't drive the car hard enough to make it pop up but its nice to have a backup.

im just scared now, tom said that I will probably get swamped by requests to be at belgian tuning shows since I will own the first official amuse kit in europe(according to amuse) :roflpuke2:

lol so you damage a car you fix it and then....get a other car?

mick 01-18-2011 03:13 PM

that's right. i had my mercedes c320 for 6 years. then one day this lady rear-ended me. although it was just a bumper damage and it looked perfect after the repair, i traded in for the 370z anyway. but you know what they say, the old stuff has to go in order for the new stuff to come.
