I'm confused. Did your car come with the holes already drilled ? Mine didn't (I'm in California). It does however have the two little dimples where one would drill according

I'm confused. Did your car come with the holes already drilled? Mine didn't (I'm in California). It does however have the two little dimples where one would drill according to the manufacturers specs as you have posted up here.
