Go to the dealership that put the hole in your car.

Proceed to put 1" holes in all the Nissan vehicles on the lot, to match how they did yours.

and when they come out screaming and yelling, all pissed off, tell them its the state law and your helping them comply, maybe they'll understand why your all pissed off too.

nah probably not, they'll just sue you and you cant sue them (or so they say!)
