I almost picked up the #2 car over the #1 car, but could not justify the price when comparing it to the Z....

Looking at some of the cars on the list, and even some on the "honorable mentions" (Roush anyone?), I'm not sure how the 370z ended up as #1.

Believe me, I think it's an AWESOME car, but #1 car of 2009...in any price/performance range? Not quite, in my opinion.

Great Read...agreed. I knew this was the car of my economical and realistic dreams from the first time a read about it. I bought my 2009 Z before seeing it (in person) or even driving it. I drove a convertible 2008 350z and believed everything I read and researched about the new 370z. That's right! ordered it and financed it before even sitting in one. Can anyone else make that crazy claim?

yeah i signed the paperwork before i even took my IS300 for a test drive...

I also had never test driven a Z when I bought mine, or a 350z for that matter.
