That's a stupid rule. Listen to what they say, compare to what others say, compare to your own observations, and apply logic.
If a certain reviewer consistently comes up inaccurate or doesn't give you what you're looking for, cross them off assuming every one is dirty without doing any sort of thinking is just as dumb as assuming everyone is honest and accurate
