What did you do with your Z today V (ON TOPIC DISCUSSION ONLY)

I defeated the demon bolts. The crack of them breaking loose was one of the sweetest sounds I will ever hear in my life.

Tried my first attempt at wrapping some interior pieces in some 3M carbon fiber vinyl that I had laying around... not a terrible first go at it, IMHO. Made a few small mistakes, mostly on the large inner ring section of the shifter surround, but they're mostly invisible once installed.

Definitely. Looks clean!

as for my Z, I gave it the clean bill of health after doing commuter duty for the last three days. No more SES light and the exhaust note is so refined and cleaned up with the HFCs. The AFRs look reasonable, It probably wont hurt to get a retune and touch up the fuel trims.

Default Last Drive before the Lockdown

More what I did with my Z on Saturday before the Coronavirus COVID-19 lockdown...

One last drive to see sights and supercars in London... And maybe a little tunnel run...

Buttoned up front end suspension and supporting pieces. Almost ready for spring time.

Installed a clutch helper spring this past weekend. Nice difference in clutch feel. Only took me 52K miles to try it out.

Also put in an order for a new Motordyne mid-muffler (The Box) for my Shockwave. The shitty JB-weld job I did to fix a crack on my original has been kaput for weeks (as was I was told it would!) and it was time to order the replacement.

That will give me another car thing to do while on lockdown.

DO you know if they ever put that RFL pipe in production (the substitute for the muffler)

Motordyne currently has three replacement options for the mid-muffler, all available on the Z1 website (I can't find them on Motordyne's direct site):

Motordyne Shockwave Resonated Muffler Delete Pipe

Motordyne Shockwave High Flow Resonated Muffler Delete Pipe

Motordyne Shockwave Muffler Delete Pipe

I almost picked up a used Resonated Muffler Delete (1st option I listed), but the price was the same for the replacement Box, so I just stuck with that. I feel like the sound of the original Box is more my style after hearing several sound clips that were posted on the FB groups (which can be found on YouTube).

She got a little love today, some may say too much, I say just enough.
