Engine Note:Do I Have A Problem?

Having only driven my car 3 times since purchase, I too have been wondering if the rather loud initial exhaust rasp was a normal thing... or if there was some issue there. Glad to hear that it's normal!

ha, it snowed 1 inch here about two weeks ago and the locals were saying hail marys and getting baptised

not to mention there were about 30 severe car accidents

i'm originally from Ohio, so I find it rather amusing.

Hah. Im from Buffalo originally, so trust me - I know the feeling completely. I get a chuckle every time I see a "severe weather alert" go out for 1-3" of snow.
