I usually downshift at around 3k if I want it to sound neat (currently have short tails installed). Not usually above that because I don't really have a need to nor am I ever going that fast in my usual DD traffic. Usually only do 5>4 and 4>3 downshifts. Don't usually mess with 2nd and never 1st.
I can say, however, that I wish upshifts were as fast and crisp as the downshifts. |
