My insurance is going after the dealership. The owners daughter(Head manager/wife of service manager) basically told me to get bent. She got frustrated when I laid it out in basic English for her that she was wrong... like she knew I was right, but wasn't going to do anything about it because she doesn't have to. I'd love to have a better outcome for everyone.. Once the insurance cleans up, im going to go after the dealership my self in small claims..

Go get'um. They will not learn unless you teach them via the pocket book. Once the insurance lawyers get ahold of them they will be wishing they did the right thing.
