got the call back.. they want to help, but they need to see if the can roll their fees into a settlement.. heres hoping they can

They should be able to, especially if you state in the suit that you are asking for damages, repairs and reasonable attorney fees....



I'd ask for at least $10k for pain and suffering... deprivation of the pleasure of your Z's company.....

I am asking for repairs to the vehicle, and 15k in diminished value, stress, pain and suffering and what not.. I talked to Lou Fusz, and asked if 15k was too much. he said no, if I was asking for a new car AND 15k it would be a little outlandish
