Under warranty (thank god) and went to the BMW dealership for too many problems so far. It all boils down to what you want dude. I was in the same situation as you and I'm happy I picked the Z. My brother ended up getting the 335i so I get to drive it and vice-versa  We both agreed on everything above btw.
