I work for a state farm agent who's wife is an attorney in the same building. If you really wanna push it (and I wouldn't blame you if you did, people like this should not be driving), my advice to you would be consult your attorney and state your case to them. They should be able to tell you whether or not you have a good case. Not sure what walmart is like in Canada, but here in TX there are cameras EVERYWHERE outside. Good luck to you.
