Default VDC and ABS on/ wont go over 2k rpm

today after install foglight connect to tail light , i drive without front and rear bumper to the shop to install the painted amuse kit

on the way driving there i notice that the car lost significant power and realize that sometime it wont let me go over 2000 rpm,

then the guy jack my car up for an oil change before install (they do not have available lift so they use 1 jack) =>they put the jack a little bit than the recomended point =>is it possible to cause abs line broke ?

then when i go home, ABS light and VDC ?? Slip light came on (i dont know what it call, there are a button off and it has the exact image but just a little bit smaller than the one that appear, the car and slippery line)

Brake/ sterling fluid is 100% ok (suck old out 5 months ago and put new on before storage)
cooling fluid ok (suck and fill new before storage too)
oil just changed today.
car got 10k miles

and it still wont go over 2000 rpm, i mean it happen like tik tak, in this seconds you can not rev over 2k but in the next seconds you can rev normally to 4k and it happen randomly

i thought there may be problem with the tire (it got 15 psi the day i took the car out) ?? but i have just filled it with 35 psi

cheer the new bumper

Please help

I suspect it's the installation of the rear foglight. I had that issue when I accidentally wired mine incorrectly, and it caused a drastic decrease in power with vdc/abs lights on. Try removing the foglight and see if it is fixed.

yeah the lost power happen after i extend the tail light wire , i mean i just connect 4 new wire (16 gauge taillight wire at walmart) to the tail light wire DIRECTLY then just leave the 4 wire in the trunk

i mean may me the resistor of the 16 gauge was so big that it drain electric from the car =>causing it to lost power (this time i not even connect EVO-R to that 4 wire yet) -and also this time daylight is set to off=>so how can it drain power when you did not turn it on ?

i notice that the taillight wire is just very thin compare to the 16 gauge wire i can find at walmart.

so what do you suggest a CORRECT wired ?

Not sure if I understand. What happened to mine was I was using a low and high filament bulb/harness. So when I applied power to the low filament wire (from normal lights being powered on), the high filament wire (connected to my brake light) was sending power back which caused the issue. I probably could have attached a diode or something to stop the reverse flow, but instead I only power the high filament when pressing on the brake and left the low filament wire alone. Hope this helps.

I'd unwire the new fog light and see if the symptoms disappear. If still having problems after unwiring the light, I'd start looking at wheel speed sensors.

Edit: The FSM has diagnostic procedures. Some require CONSULT but you can at least get an idea of what could cause the problem. Link to download FSM in my sig.
