The car wants to be at about 80mph or you feel like you're standing still. 100 isn't scary. I took it up on the Jersey turnpike going to visit a friend ~6 months after I bought it. With a passenger in the car, we decided to see how fast it'd go. I got it up to 133 before I literally got frightened and let off the gas.
It didn't feel much faster than 80, but we finally came upon another car and blew by it like it was standing still. Seeing another vehicle on the road was enough to get me to back down pretty quickly. Haven't tried anything like that since. Last edited by dmhenderson; 02-16-2011 at 11:59 PM. |
