I think he only has 1k to spend.

not enough to really do a lot to the car. HFC and Exhaust with a tune.. but a tune alone will run you $500. I say, save your money until you can get it all done. If you get a tune first, then upgrade, you will need a tune again.

GTM is releasing a 1.5K TT kit using ebay turbo whistlers supposed to make 1000hp

I'm looking to spend no more than $2500 right now. The $1,000 mentioned in my post was referring to getting a Visconti tune.
