My friends said someone was taking a pic of mine while it was in the parking lot. I have had compliments after compliments. Not another car I would rather have unless its a Lambo, and that will probably never happen. I love the car!

Yea, theres no source for that nonsense. Ive seen 1 article that said that and seems like the rest say its the same speed or slightly quicker. People see 1 article that says that, and they believe it. For that 1 article, theres like 5 that say the opposite...haters lol

Just to keep the thread on topic...

I bought a Gun Metallic 2012 Nismo Z one week ago. The first day, I had an older lady (60+) say, "That car is awesome," as I was parked talking to my friend. Moments later, a teenager drove by and said, "Dude, that car is SICK!" Then as I drove into my neighborhood, a small child yelled, "I want your car!"

Three totally different demographics that all expressed their love for the Nismo Z within about an hour.

Since then, a lot of coworkers that know I drive (drove) a 350Z roadster have excitedly approached me to ask if I'd seen the Nismo 370Z in the parking garage... so clearly it gets noticed, even in a garage full of Porsches and BMWs.

That was the first thing that suprised me with the current Z gen. The shape is very appealing to multiple generations and genders. The car looks way more expensive than it is and stands out among cars that are 2 or 3 times more expensive. That to me is part of the reason why I plan on adding cars to the collection rather than selling it or trading it in ... GOD WILLING of course

On a separate note about looks; the porsche panamera has been increasingly appealing to me, d*mn shame I don't have extra garage spots in my house

I've been seeing a ton of Panameras driving around Denver lately. I like the GTS model a lot.

I've gotten taunts from friends and family about picking up a white one. I love the GTS as well. That would make a good family car

I rode in a Panamera 4S up to the Poconos (150 miles each way), its a great car. All the ugliness of the rear simply translates into an incredibly comfortable backseat with tons of room! Its actually a great place to take a nap. Super high quality interior too, tons and tons of buttons and modes and settings.

Thought this thread was about how much attention the Nismo got. Seems Panameras get more (from people with Nismo's at least.)

We are car enthusiasts for the most part here. So a couple of posts about the panameras wouldn't take away from the Nismo's grabbing attention all over

Is it very quiet inside the cabin in the back seat ? ? . The Lexus LS600hL is incredibly silent & comfy in the back seat: it's like being sealed inside of a luxury jet vault.

That center console for the driver is kind of intimidating inside the Panamera ( so many buttons)

Oh yeah, the 370z Nismo grabs my attention more than just about any other car. A close second would be the 458 italia

It wasn't that quiet, he had it in sport plus mode so it was fairly bumpy too.

Back on nismo topic: My fav part of the nismo is how ppl get out of the left lane in a hurry when im in their rear view. Aparently the nismo screams "GET OVER" lol. My friend in his WRX has trouble getting people to move over, he has to resort to flashing, and swerving around them
