The ram air cai doesn't benefit until after 35mph. Should notice a better mid and topend. But if the people who have them just notice a sound difference well that's good info to save bout $400. And I agree to feel somethin its gotta be more than 5-10 hp. I just wanna get one for some reason...but I gotta be sensible.
